About the role

Meesho is hiring a Growth Associate focused on performance marketing within the User Growth function. The role is centered on scaling paid acquisition across major platforms such as Google and Meta, improving the quality of user growth, lowering CAC, and deploying budgets efficiently.

You will need to think analytically, work in an experimentation-driven way, and convert performance data into practical growth actions.

What you will do

  • Build, launch, and continuously improve paid marketing campaigns on Google and Meta.
  • Take ownership of acquisition KPIs including CAC, CPI, ROAS, and CTR, with a constant focus on efficiency gains.
  • Set up and analyze experiments across creatives, audience segments, and funnel stages to lift conversion performance.
  • Work closely with product, design, and analytics teams to keep campaign execution aligned with growth priorities.
  • Spot new growth avenues across channels, formats, and tactical approaches, then help scale the ones that work.
  • Review performance across categories, products, and creatives to uncover additional growth opportunities.

What you need

  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in consumer internet, e-commerce, or app-led businesses.
  • Practical, hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate or partner marketing channels.
  • Good understanding of metrics and measurement concepts such as CPM, CTR, CTI, Hookrate, CAC, and attribution methods.
  • Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools will be an advantage.
  • Experience handling monthly budgets above 2 crore is preferred.
  • Analytical problem-solving ability with a structured, first-principles approach and strong bias toward action.
  • Comfort operating with accountability in a fast-moving environment.
  • Curiosity, experimentation mindset, and a commitment to learning and improving continuously.
