Role overview

In this position, you will produce refined and engaging creative for both digital and offline channels. Your work will span EDMs, social media, paid ads, website visuals, product launches, campaigns, events, and promotional activity.

You will partner with the Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team to take projects from briefing and concepting through to final production and delivery. The role requires handling multiple deadlines, resizing and adapting creative for different formats, and helping to develop a consistent visual language that is commercially effective and aligned to the brand.

The ideal candidate is initiative-driven, highly detail-focused, and comfortable working autonomously while still contributing ideas in a collaborative environment. You should be able to communicate clearly, receive and apply feedback constructively, and improve work until it reaches the best possible standard. Responsibilities

  • Create polished brand-aligned artwork for websites, social channels, paid media, EDMs, e-commerce, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Design promotional and event materials such as signage, invitations, and printed collateral that match the brand look and feel.
  • Build homepage banners, collection visuals, landing page assets, promotional tiles, and other digital creative.
  • Contribute ideas and visual directions for campaigns, promotions, launches, and key brand moments.
  • Resize and adapt designs for use across different channels and formats.
  • Stay informed about current design trends, digital best practices, and new creative tools.
  • Apply and refine the brand identity while keeping all outputs consistent with guidelines.
  • Handle personal workload, timelines, and competing tasks effectively.
  • Check artwork carefully for layout, typography, spelling, sizing, image quality, and brand alignment.
  • Keep files, templates, and naming systems well organised across projects.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Background in e-commerce, retail, fashion, lifestyle, or another fast-moving brand or marketing environment.
  • A strong portfolio showing digital-first work across social content, paid advertising, EDMs, websites, and campaign design.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Good grasp of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, colour, and composition.
  • Experience turning concepts into multiple format variations.
  • Confidence to interpret a brief and carry work forward independently.
  • Strong attention to detail, planning ability, and time management.
  • Print-ready artwork preparation is a valued advantage.
  • Understanding the link between design, marketing, and e-commerce performance is beneficial.
