Role Overview
HIMALI is looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to join its fast-growing, mission-driven team in Boulder, Colorado. This is an in-person role within a startup-style environment, where you’ll contribute to a wide range of creative work and help produce designs that support both digital and physical brand touchpoints.
Work Schedule
This is a project-based position. Expected workload is approximately 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on project demand and the candidate’s availability.
Location
Onsite in Boulder, CO.
Compensation
Pay starts at $18 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. The role also includes HIMALI store credit, access to industry ProDeals, and the possibility of company ownership.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work across multiple creative assignments and be expected to deliver high-quality output on schedule in a dynamic setting. Projects may include visuals and animations for email campaigns, websites, newsletters, print catalogs, social channels, retail signage, and other digital or physical assets. You will also manage projects from initial concept through final delivery, check work for accuracy and quality, help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials, and keep pace with new design tools and industry trends.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded creative professional with strong graphic design capabilities and a proactive, hands-on approach. You should be comfortable following direction, collaborating with others, and giving and receiving constructive feedback. Strong organization and a positive attitude are important for success in this role.
