About the Fellowship
Utpatti - The Finishing School, under Mitt Arv Technologies Pvt Ltd, offers a unique 6-month industry-driven fellowship designed to bridge academic knowledge with practical corporate experience. This program allocates about 25% of the time to structured training and the remainder to hands-on live projects for various in-house brands including Mitt Arv, Scambuster, EXT India, and Travel & Payments. Unlike conventional internships, this fellowship immerses participants in authentic business environments under the mentorship of experienced professionals, including direct guidance from the CEO. Fellows gain valuable insights into the workings of high-growth companies while developing industry-ready skills in graphic design and video editing.
Role and Responsibilities
- Create creative design assets for diverse group companies such as Mitt Arv Technologies, Travel & Payments, ScamBuster, Utpatti, and EXT India.
- Develop graphics tailored for social media campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Edit videos for digital content and promotional materials.
- Design basic motion graphics to support branding and marketing efforts.
- Help preserve and enhance brand identity across multiple company platforms.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing campaign creatives.
- Produce multimedia content aligned with varied business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria and Additional Requirements
- Applicants should be available for a full-time, in-office commitment, starting between July 31, 2026, and September 4, 2026, with a total duration of six months.
- Must possess relevant skills and a strong interest in graphic design and video editing.
- Candidates should be Hyderabad-based and able to work on-site.
- College students need to attend in-office sessions in the latter half of designated weekdays and on Saturdays (mandatory). Sunday and Monday are off days.
- Graduates must be present in the office Tuesday through Saturday.
- Commitment to complete the full fellowship term is essential.
- Possession of a personal laptop for the duration is required.
Compensation and Benefits
The fellowship stipend ranges from INR 4,000 to 5,000 per month. Successful fellows who transition to permanent roles can expect an annual salary between INR 300,000 and 450,000. The program also provides perks such as certification, a letter of recommendation, a 5-day work week, plus complimentary snacks and beverages.

Utpatti is the flagship fellowship initiative under Mitt Arv Technologies Pvt Ltd, led by an IIM Calcutta alumnus with a background including Microsoft, Expedia, and VISA. The founder currently operates primarily from Hyderabad, managing multiple brands and delivering impactful training and project experiences across India, Singapore, and Malaysia.
