General Manager

Role Overview

This is a leadership opportunity based in Dublin 2 for a commercially focused manager to take charge of a well-established hair and beauty salon. The business has built a strong reputation over time, a loyal customer base, and clear scope for expansion.

The position goes beyond day-to-day management. You will work directly with the owners, contribute to business direction, strengthen team performance, and play a key role in shaping the next stage of growth.

What the role involves

• Leading the salon with a balance of commercial, operational, and people-focused responsibilities.
• Partnering closely with the owners on strategy and business development.
• Supporting the creation of a motivated, high-performing team.
• Identifying and progressing opportunities that improve revenue and overall business performance.
• Exploring ways to make the most of three currently unused treatment or business rooms within the premises.

Growth opportunity

The successful candidate will have the chance to shape how three vacant rooms are used and turned into new income-generating space. Possible directions could include additional services, partnerships, wellness-related offerings, beauty concepts, or other commercially viable ideas. You will be given room to influence and build the next phase of the business.

What we're looking for

We are seeking a confident and ambitious leader who can bring structure, energy, and commercial awareness to the role. Prior experience in the hair and beauty industry is not required.

Additional information

Location: Dublin 2

Work arrangement: On-site, 5 days per week

Industry experience is not essential. Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong eye for opportunity are encouraged to apply.
