Acre Gold is a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer subscription business that makes owning physical gold simpler and more accessible. The company offers real gold bars from $30 per month and is growing alongside its sister brand, Byrd, which focuses on premium 18K gold jewelry subscriptions.
The organization is hiring a seasoned General Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day business performance and help push the company into its next stage of growth.
Core responsibilities
- Take charge of logistics and fulfillment, including shipping, inventory control, supplier relationships, and overall supply chain efficiency.
- Build, guide, and retain a strong remote team with an emphasis on long tenure and low attrition.
- Improve growth and operations by refining processes, strengthening unit economics, elevating customer experience, and supporting ambitious revenue expansion.
- Lead across multiple functions such as marketing, customer support, finance operations, and product.
- Work directly with the founders and exercise significant autonomy in creating scalable systems.
Offer and engagement terms
- Base compensation of $90,000.
- An additional $10,000 performance bonus tied to key KPIs.
- Engagement begins as a 1099 contractor arrangement for the first 12 months.
- The position is fully remote, with preference for candidates based in the United States.
- There is an opportunity to move into a full-time role after the initial 12-month period.
- Equity is not part of the current compensation package.
