About the Role
Cashel Palace Hotel, a premier luxury boutique hotel in Ireland, is seeking a dependable and skilled General Maintenance Operative to join its dedicated maintenance team. This is a practical, hands-on position focused on ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the hotel and associated staff properties.
Responsibilities
- Perform general property upkeep and minor repair tasks.
- Provide support to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, plumbers, and painters.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and address immediate repair needs as they arise throughout the hotel and company-owned residential properties.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests during operational hours.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a practical, proactive approach to tasks.
- Possess prior experience in maintenance or property management; experience within the hotel or hospitality sector is advantageous.
- Hold a valid, clean driving license.
Additional Information
This position operates on a 7-day roster, which includes weekend work, requiring flexibility. Excellent employee benefits are included as part of the compensation package.
