By reducing manual work and preventing lost revenue, the company helps logistics businesses protect margins and grow with greater confidence. Role Overview
The company is hiring a Freight Auditor / Customer Onboarding Specialist to support new customers as they adopt the Dyspach platform. In this position, you will act as the link between customers and the product team, helping with setup, configuration, training, and launch. You will collaborate with logistics, finance, and commercial stakeholders to ensure customers begin using the platform successfully and quickly.
This position blends customer success, project coordination, logistics operations, and data analysis.
Key Work Areas
You will manage onboarding engagements from the initial discussion through go-live, learning each customer’s workflows, pricing models, and billing methods. You will create onboarding schedules and implementation plans, and coordinate with customer stakeholders to collect the necessary information and documents.
You will also configure carrier rate cards, surcharges, zones, and pricing rules within Dyspach. In addition, you will set up customer pricing logic, invoicing workflows, and billing rules, and train AI-based processes to support invoice reconciliation templates and profitability reporting. Before launch, you will check the accuracy of the data and confirm the setup is ready for use.
Another part of the job is improving how onboarding works at scale. You will help develop repeatable onboarding systems and implementation playbooks, record common customer needs and implementation patterns, and suggest improvements that make the customer journey smoother and reduce onboarding time.
Ideal Candidate
The right person is organised, analytical, and genuinely interested in helping customers succeed. You should be comfortable balancing detailed work with clear communication and be able to handle several projects at once.
The role requires at least 2 years of experience in freight auditing, rate management, and fulfilment. You should also have knowledge of logistics pricing, carrier invoicing, or revenue assurance, along with strong Excel skills and comfort working with structured data.

Compensation and Additional Details
The salary for this role is between INR 50,000 and INR 1,50,000 per month, depending on the candidate. Payment will come directly from the Australian entity, and the selected person will be responsible for managing their own tax obligations. Performance-linked bonuses may also be provided based on company and individual results, and these will be discussed at the beginning of employment.
The primary location is Chandigarh, India, but candidates based in Manila, Mexico, or Colombia may also be considered if they are willing to work in AEST, PST, or CST time zones. The company may adjust compensation accordingly for the right candidate.
