Role overview
This freelance assignment is centered on building strong visual concepts and presentation graphics for a commercial architectural development made up of two five-storey suite blocks with a covered courtyard. The assignment is currently in the planning and research stage, and the designer will help shape the visual story used in client-facing and stakeholder presentations. The work is fully remote, and there may be additional follow-on opportunities depending on the quality of the output and overall fit.
Deliverables
- Create persuasive visual concepts and presentation materials for the architectural project.
- Produce polished renderings, diagrams, and other visual assets that clearly express the design direction.
- Work closely with the project team to refine ideas and update visuals as needed.
- Prepare graphics that are ready for presentation in client and stakeholder meetings.
- Supply digital deliverables in the requested file formats and make sure all outputs align with project requirements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in graphic design for architecture or real estate-related projects.
- A strong portfolio featuring comparable visual concepts and presentation graphics.
- Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with architectural visualization software.
- Ability to read architectural plans and convert them into engaging visual communication.
- Clear communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Comfortable working remotely and delivering milestones on schedule.
- Self-directed working style with the ability to respond to feedback constructively.
