This position reports directly to the CEO and is intended for someone who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-impact environment at a fast-scaling AI-native startup.
What You’ll Do

- Own major strategic projects from early concept through execution, including launching important internal programs such as partnership initiatives.
- Partner with leadership on go-to-market work, including strategic customer conversations, day-to-day operational execution, expansion opportunities, and partnership discussions.
- Help run the company operating cadence by supporting leadership reviews, strategic planning, all-hands meetings, board preparation, internal communications, and cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate across teams to create alignment, share context, and reinforce company culture.
Candidate Profile
- 3–6+ years of experience in demanding, high-performance environments such as banking, consulting, or investing, plus at least 2 years at a high-growth startup or venture capital firm.
- Experience as a founder, early employee, or a strong desire to build a company is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to lead several complex cross-functional initiatives at the same time, from planning through delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to create alignment across teams in fast-moving settings.
- A growth mindset with the willingness to learn, seek feedback, and continuously improve.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly curious, quick to learn, resourceful, and motivated.
- Action-oriented, with a bias toward execution and comfort making decisions with incomplete information.
- Self-directed and adaptable, able to take projects from start to finish and solve problems proactively.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, unstructured, and unpredictable situations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Opportunity to be a founding operator with meaningful ownership in a fast-growing AI-native startup.
- Competitive pay, equity, and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
- For the San Francisco office, lunch is provided every day, and dinner is available in the office after 7 pm.
