Role overview

This position is for a practical, energetic Fleet Operations Driver who can work shifts and help keep the e-scooter fleet active across the city. The role centers on moving scooters, maintaining availability, and making sure vehicles are safe, charged, and ready for riders.

What you'll do

• Drive company vans to pick up, reposition, and deploy e-scooters, including battery swaps when required.
• Place scooters properly so streets and sidewalks remain clear and orderly.
• Locate misplaced scooters, inspect them, and either send them back to the warehouse or return them to service in the city.
• Carry out small roadside fixes to improve fleet availability.
• Support the warehouse operations team whenever additional help is needed.

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate is a dependable, hands-on driver who knows the local area well and can work safely and confidently on the road. Prior experience as a professional driver is helpful, but not essential. Applicants should have a proactive attitude, be comfortable taking ownership, and be able to use smartphones and basic mechanical tools. Good local language ability is required, and English is considered an advantage.

Eligibility

Open to candidates who hold an EU category B driving licence and can drive manual transmission vehicles. This role suits people who are comfortable with shift work and who bring initiative, responsibility, and integrity to practical field operations.
