Job Responsibilities

• Analyze the financial objectives of individual and corporate clients to recommend suitable investment, insurance, and savings products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a high-quality advisory experience.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Possess a Diploma from a locally recognized polytechnic or an equivalent overseas qualification.
• No prior experience is necessary; all are welcome to apply.
• Having RES5, M9, M9A, and HI certifications is advantageous.

Additional Information

This role offers a competitive remuneration package including a basic salary ranging from $3,000 to $7,000 per month, commensurate with experience and last drawn salary, plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. The commission structure is designed to be highly rewarding. You will have access to multiple cold market platforms, reducing the need to prospect friends and family. Initial support will be provided to help close your first few cases, establishing a strong career foundation. Opportunities exist to specialize in investments, corporate insurance, group employee benefits, or general insurance. Career advancement to senior consultant or team leadership roles is possible for high achievers. Terms & Conditions

Candidates who are successful in the interviews will be required to pass four professional examinations (RES5, M9, M9A, and HI) before commencing employment. All examination fees will be covered by the company.
