Role Overview
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to help guide business decisions through accurate analysis, planning, and reporting. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and identifying financial opportunities and risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial information to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Build clear financial reports, monitor performance indicators, and prepare variance analyses for leadership review.
- Review financial patterns to spot risks, emerging trends, and areas where costs can be reduced or revenue can be improved.
- Contribute to financial models, business planning, and investment evaluation work.
- Work closely with accounting, operations, and strategy teams to maintain accurate reporting.
- Support monthly and annual closing tasks when needed.
Required Background
The position calls for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar discipline, along with prior exposure to financial analysis, reporting, or corporate finance. Strong quantitative thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills are essential. Advanced Excel knowledge and experience with financial modeling tools are important, while familiarity with ERP platforms or BI tools such as SAP, Power BI, or Tableau will be considered helpful. High attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines are also required.
