Role overview
The Executive Butler will deliver highly personalized hospitality to VIP residents, long-stay guests, and other high-profile clientele. This position calls for deep experience in luxury service, excellent people skills, absolute discretion, and a genuine focus on crafting exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Offer tailored, attentive service to VIP guests, residents, and distinguished clients.
- Stay ahead of guest expectations and respond to requests quickly and professionally.
- Coordinate arrivals, departures, special celebrations, and bespoke experiences.
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences to support smooth and consistent service.
- Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, Spa, and other teams to deliver requested services.
- Arrange in-room dining, special amenities, and customized guest room setups.
- Protect the standard of luxury presentation, etiquette, and service at all times.
- Resolve guest concerns and service issues with tact, care, and confidentiality.
- Guide and support junior Butler team members to sustain service quality.
- Handle sensitive guest information with strict privacy and professionalism.
- Assist with VIP events, private gatherings, and special hospitality requirements.
- Follow all company service standards, policies, and operating procedures.
Requirements
- Background as a Butler, Head Butler, Senior Butler, or in a comparable luxury hospitality role.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong guest-service mindset.
- Sharp attention to detail with the ability to anticipate needs before they are voiced.
- Well-groomed appearance with polished manners and etiquette.
- Comfort working independently while balancing several priorities.
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when needed.
