About LOVB
League One Volleyball (LOVB) is a mission-driven company working to transform women’s sports. Founded in 2019, it operates across sports performance, training, and media with the goal of reshaping volleyball in the United States and opening new opportunities for female athletes.
Volleyball is in a unique position in the U.S.: it has earned historic Olympic success in women’s indoor, beach, and sitting disciplines, is the most-played girls’ youth sport, and has tens of millions of current and former participants. Despite that scale, the sport has traditionally received limited attention from investors, sponsors, and media.
LOVB is building a connected ecosystem around the sport through a strong club foundation, a professional league, and digital experiences that bring together players, fans, and the broader volleyball community. The organization is focused on participation, fandom, and long-term empowerment for girls and young women through sport.
