About The Digital Chamber

The Digital Chamber is a leading global trade organization focused on accelerating the adoption of blockchain and digital assets. The team works closely with lawmakers, regulators, and major industry stakeholders to influence the future of digital assets through education, advocacy, and partnership.

Events are central to that mission. From large-scale summits to private executive dinners, policy roundtables, and member-facing experiences, the organization creates spaces where key leaders can connect, exchange ideas, and advance the industry.

The company is also developing TDC Live into a top-tier events platform for the digital asset ecosystem and is hiring an Event Producer to help drive that vision forward.

Role Overview

This position is suited to an experienced event professional who enjoys transforming ambitious concepts into polished, high-impact experiences. You will oversee event production from early planning through live execution, making sure each program runs smoothly and delivers a strong experience for members, sponsors, policymakers, partners, and industry leaders.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving live environments, is comfortable managing detailed logistics, and enjoys solving problems on the spot while bringing long-term planning to life in real time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct full-cycle production for TDC’s event portfolio, including the DC Blockchain Summit, half-day summits, member events, and partner activations.
  • Build and manage project plans, production schedules, budgets, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and post-event reports.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, contracting, vendor oversight, audiovisual needs, production setup, catering, registration, transportation, room blocks, signage, load-in, load-out, and day-of operations.
  • Act as the main production point of contact for members, sponsors, and strategic partners involved in TDC events and activations.
  • Help shape TDC Live by creating standardized workflows, templates, production playbooks, and operating systems.
  • Work with the VP, Member Experience & Engagement to turn member priorities, policy goals, and sponsorship objectives into event formats that can scale.
  • Partner across internal teams to move beyond one-time events and develop repeatable, scalable experiences.
  • Improve production methods and attendee experiences by identifying ways to raise the quality of each event.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • At least 5-8+ years of experience producing conferences, executive events, or experiential marketing programs.
  • Comfort staying composed under pressure and solving problems quickly in live event settings.
  • Strong planning abilities, close attention to detail, and the capacity to handle several projects at the same time.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to contribute effectively both as part of a team and independently.
  • Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends when major events require it.
  • Ability to lift and move event equipment or supplies weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Interest in or exposure to blockchain, digital assets, or emerging technology is preferred.

Benefits and Perks

  • Opportunity to produce some of the most influential blockchain and digital asset events in the world.
  • Direct collaboration with industry leaders, policymakers, and executives shaping the future of digital assets.
  • Chance to help build the next phase of TDC Live with a small, high-performing team.
  • 15 days of PTO, 5 paid sick days, and paid holidays, including federal holidays, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, Thanksgiving plus the following Friday, and a winter break from December 24 through January 1.
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance premiums.

Equal Opportunity

The organization is an equal opportunity employer and encourages diversity in the workplace. Employment decisions are made without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
