Overview
Conscious Humanity Network Foundation (CHNF) is inviting passionate individuals skilled in event management and fluent in English to join as Event Management Interns. This role offers the chance to contribute to impactful events that inspire change, while gaining hands-on experience in coordinating and executing both virtual and in-person events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and organization of various events—both online and offline—including logistics management, cost budgeting, and coordinating vendors.
- Maintain clear communication with internal team members and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Prepare and update event-related documents, schedules, and reports using Google Docs.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative event concepts.
- Assist with managing event personnel and volunteers during events.
- Evaluate the success of events and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
- Align event activities with the mission and objectives of Conscious Humanity Network Foundation.
Candidate Eligibility
- Available to work from home throughout the 6-month internship duration.
- Can commence the internship between 26th July 2026 and 30th August 2026.
- Possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in event management.

Additional Information
- The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 3,000 to INR 16,000, divided into a fixed pay portion of INR 2,000 to INR 4,000 and an incentive pay between INR 1,000 and INR 12,000.
- Flexible working hours.
- A certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the internship.

CHNF is a Section 8 Non-Profit company established on October 11, 2023. It functions as a global aggregator for non-profit entities, consolidating their offerings and community initiatives into accessible platforms. CHNF supports a wide range of causes and connects various non-profit ecosystems through its websites and apps, fostering individual and group communication within specialized communities.
