About the Internship
Marpu Foundation, a youth-driven NGO supported by Indian presidential and United Nations awardees, aims to empower youth as global citizens addressing sustainability and youth-related challenges. We are seeking dynamic and engaging hosts to be the prominent voices and faces within our volunteer community.
Responsibilities
- Lead and host both virtual and in-person events such as webinars and volunteer gatherings.
- Act as the energetic Master of Ceremonies (MC), initiating activities and energizing participants.
- Introduce speakers, manage ice-breaker sessions, and maintain high levels of attendee engagement.
- Facilitate inclusive group discussions, ensuring all participants are heard.
- Optionally contribute to the creation of captivating scripts and content for events.

Additional Information
- Stipend Structure: Fixed monthly pay between ₹1,000 and ₹12,500, plus incentive pay in the same range, totaling up to ₹25,000 per month.
- Requirements include confidence, strong communication skills, a smartphone, reliable internet, and a passion for inspiring and leading others.
- No prior experience is necessary; the internship is open to all students regardless of degree or academic year, especially targeting aspiring moderators, trainers, and policy enthusiasts capable of simplifying complex topics.
