ESG Professional

Role overview

The ESG & CSR Professional is responsible for driving and tracking the organization’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This position focuses on putting the sustainability strategy into action, maintaining compliance with applicable standards, supporting engagement with stakeholders, and handling the communication and reporting of sustainability results.

Key responsibilities

• Track ESG and CSR performance measures and ensure reporting is complete and accurate.
• Maintain adherence to ESG regulations and disclosure frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
• Organize and support internal as well as external ESG and CSR audits.
• Oversee community outreach activities and corporate philanthropy efforts.
• Work with teams across the business to embed ESG practices into daily operations.
• Draft ESG disclosures and support the preparation of sustainability reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clearly communicate ESG and CSR initiatives and progress.

Skills and experience needed

• Hands-on experience in ESG, CSR, and sustainability-related operations.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good project coordination and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience in sustainability operations, including measurement and reporting.

Education and experience

A bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a closely related discipline is required. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
