About the Role

CodeVertex Innovations is looking for an entry-level Data Entry Clerk to handle data processing, keep records current, manage documentation, and support organized administrative work in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine workflow tasks, record maintenance, and coordination across teams as needed.
• Keep internal documents and records accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Share updates, questions, and progress clearly with relevant team members.
• Handle sensitive business, customer, employee, or financial data responsibly where applicable.
• Help ensure remote operations remain dependable, orderly, and precise.

• Excellent attention to detail, clear communication, and dependable follow-through.
• Comfort working remotely while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
• Ability to function effectively in a structured business environment.
• Capability to manage documentation, records, or operational assignments accurately.
• Strong organization and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to remote teams or documentation-focused processes.
• Background in administrative, operations, customer support, HR, finance, or analytical support work.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in recurring tasks and internal systems.
