Role Overview

As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will not be stepping into an existing department; instead, you will create and shape a new one. Your responsibility is to uncover a strong opportunity, develop a new product or business line within Base360.ai, bring together the right people, test the market, and scale the idea into a revenue-generating venture with real business impact.

This role is similar to starting your own company, except you will have access to funding, engineering, design, AI infrastructure, customers, distribution, and support from leadership.

Key Duties

  • Spot promising opportunities that can be turned into new products or business verticals.
  • Investigate customer pain points through research and direct discussions.
  • Shape the product direction, business strategy, and launch plan.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to build and release quickly.
  • Hire and guide a cross-functional team as the venture expands.
