Electrical Design Engineer

Overview

Alkhorayef Industries Company is hiring an Electrical Design Engineer for its Energy Sector operations in Riyadh, specifically in the 2nd Industrial City. The role centers on creating and refining electrical designs for panels and generator systems while making sure technical requirements and project standards are met.

What You’ll Do

• Examine electrical design submissions and technical documentation to verify requirements and feasibility.
• Produce and update electrical drawings for panel and generator applications.
• Keep all design work aligned with internal standards and engineering criteria.
• Assist with design changes and troubleshoot technical challenges as they come up.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to confirm the design can be implemented smoothly.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental expectations throughout the design process.

Required Background

• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Applicants should have 3 to 6 years of experience in electrical design.
• Hands-on experience with electrical panels and generators is required.
• Exposure to the energy sector or industrial project environments is an advantage.
• Ability to prepare electrical drawings using AutoCAD or comparable design software is needed.
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting ability are important for success in this role.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams are expected.
