About the Role
Lotus iMall is seeking a motivated and results-driven Ecommerce Specialist to join our team in Surat, Gujarat. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about driving brand growth within ecommerce marketplaces and/or D2C brands. You will be instrumental in managing marketplace operations, fostering business development, and nurturing client relationships. The position requires a willingness to travel across India for business engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding of new brands and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Drive business development initiatives and build strategic partnerships.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of product listings and catalogs on ecommerce platforms.
- Implement and manage CRM strategies, coordinating effectively with customers.
- Ensure smooth logistics operations and provide necessary support.
- Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and business pitches.
- Develop and execute growth plans for brand accounts.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Business Development (BD).
- Experience with CRM Management.
- Skilled in Ecommerce Listings and Catalog Management.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation abilities.
- Understanding of Logistics processes.
- Aptitude for Brand Relationship Management.
- Strong Presentation and Pitching capabilities.
- Proven Brand Onboarding experience.
Experience
Prior experience within Ecommerce Marketplaces or with D2C Brands is highly advantageous.
Compensation
