What You Will Do

• Assist Managing Directors with the preparation of delay expert reports and opinions for major energy and construction claims.
• Examine individual delay events as part of broader project assessments.
• Review project records and other documentation to pinpoint delay and disruption issues.
• Carry out slippage evaluations on complex construction and energy projects.
• Conduct in-depth delay claim analysis using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Review construction claims and associated project materials.
• Prepare schedule analyses such as impact assessments, comparison reviews, and narrative explanations.
• Create CPM schedules using the project scope and standard productivity assumptions.
• Deliver work that is accurate, clear, and internally consistent.
• Support client communication and coordination under senior guidance.
• Contribute to project teams and participate in internal knowledge-sharing efforts.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and scheduling fundamentals.
• Apply understanding of critical path impact analysis, delay and productivity review, and related concepts.
• Demonstrate an understanding of cost loading and resource loading principles.
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
• Produce well-organized technical reports with strong written communication.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 7 to 10 years of experience building and analyzing CPM schedules and construction claims.
• Familiarity with industry-relevant certifications or training is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supporting project teams or small workstreams.
• A careful, detail-focused approach with dependable follow-through.
• Willingness to travel when project or client requirements call for it.
