Position summary
Tag is a worldwide creative production studio within the Dentsu network, producing end-to-end marketing content for major global brands. This position belongs to a dedicated account team supporting a leading international consumer electronics client on a high-volume CRM and digital communications programme across several Southeast Asian and Pacific markets.
The role calls for a project manager with 5 to 8 years of experience who can handle both workflow coordination and stakeholder relationships with equal confidence. It is a client-facing production role inside a centralised regional studio setup, where your assigned markets will rely on you as their main contact and judge the programme by the quality of every interaction.
Daily work will be operational in nature: managing brief intake and debrief sessions, coordinating the studio team, monitoring progress, and keeping delivery on track across multiple markets and time zones. This opportunity is suited to someone who brings structure, calm communication, and strong relationship skills to a fast-moving, high-volume production environment.
Client and market management
You will act as the lead contact for your allocated markets, handling brief intake, stakeholder communication, and day-to-day client relationships in a professional and consistent way. The role also involves building trusted working relationships with in-market teams so they feel supported, listened to, and confident in the central studio model from the outset.
You will be expected to set and manage expectations clearly, giving timely updates on schedules, capacity, and any changes that could affect delivery. In client conversations, you should represent the studio calmly and professionally, with a practical, solution-focused approach to challenges and escalations. A strong understanding of each market’s priorities, sensitivities, and working style is also important.
Production and workflow management
The position owns the full production workflow for the assigned markets, from initial brief intake through to final delivery, making sure work moves through the studio on schedule. You will need to translate client briefs accurately for the creative team so designers and copywriters receive complete, usable instructions without gaps or ambiguity.
Another key part of the job is tracking all live projects across several markets at once, keeping visibility on progress, priorities, and possible bottlenecks. You will coordinate with designers, copywriters, and HTML developers, balancing workloads and identifying capacity concerns early so the team can plan effectively.
Since delivery spans different time zones, you will need to plan with sufficient structure and buffer so briefs from places such as New Zealand or the Philippines can progress smoothly. You will also be expected to spot risks early, address them proactively, and escalate only when needed with a clear recommendation, not just a problem.
Process and continuous improvement
Accurate project tracking is essential, and you will maintain up-to-date visibility across all active briefs so the wider team always knows what is progressing, pending, or at risk. The role also includes documenting and improving production processes over time to reduce delays, cut rework, and make the handoff from brief to delivery more efficient for both studio and market teams.
You will contribute to onboarding by helping the studio understand the client’s ways of working, brief structures, and market-specific needs from the beginning. Reporting and status updates may also be required, and you should be able to provide clear, reliable information on project progress when asked.
There is an expectation to suggest improvements that strengthen workflow management and deepen collaboration with clients. In addition, you should actively look for ways AI tools can support the role, whether through smarter brief documentation, automated status reporting, or quicker synthesis of client feedback, while staying current as the toolset evolves.
Collaboration and studio coordination
You will work closely with the Senior Designer, designers, copywriters, and HTML developers to keep the creative workflow moving efficiently and ensure everyone has what they need to do their best work. In this role, you serve as the link between client and studio, making sure briefs are translated properly, feedback is communicated clearly, and nothing is lost between the market and the team.
You will manage your own workload with enough autonomy and structure so the markets feel supported even when demand is high and timelines are tight. Collaboration with the wider account team, including the regional account lead, is also part of the role, with a shared focus on account health, delivery performance, and market relationships.
Required experience and skills
Applicants should have 5 to 8 years of professional project management experience in an agency, studio, or in-house marketing environment, with a strong history of handling high-volume production accounts in a client-facing role. Experience coordinating regional or multi-market accounts is important, especially where work has to be prioritised across multiple markets, time zones, and stakeholder groups.
Experience with consumer electronics or technology brands is a strong advantage, as it will help you quickly understand the client’s priorities and working style. You should also bring excellent client relationship skills, a professional and personable manner, and an instinct for how markets are feeling about the programme, not just whether deadlines are being met.
A good understanding of CRM and digital production workflows is required, including the path from brief intake through design, copy, HTML build, and final delivery. Comfort with digital communications formats such as EDMs, push notifications, and in-app messaging is also important, along with the ability to brief teams clearly and identify issues before they affect delivery.
The role requires strong organisation, close attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple markets without missing key points. Clear English communication, both written and spoken, is essential, and you should be able to adapt your style for different stakeholders and seniority levels.
Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, and Confluence is useful. Experience with Adobe Campaign v8 or a similar CRM platform is a strong advantage. An openness to using AI in day-to-day project management to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency is also valued. A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related area is beneficial, though equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
