About the company
Threesixty Brands is a niche social content and performance marketing agency focused on beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and drinks brands. The clients it serves move quickly, value creativity, and expect work that is both visually strong and commercially effective. The team is intentionally small and experienced, with each person taking ownership of their own output.
Role overview
The agency is hiring a midweight designer to work on a part-time basis for 13 days each month. The role covers creative production for email and CRM, Meta paid social, and DTC Shopify websites across a mixed portfolio of beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and drinks accounts. The pace is fast, the workload can be high, and maintaining quality is essential.
This position is best suited to someone who understands not only how design should look, but also how it should perform. The strongest work for this role combines polished visual execution with commercial thinking, producing assets that capture attention and encourage action. Day-to-day collaboration will be with channel leads, with creative direction from the Associate Creative Director.
Key responsibilities
- Create and deliver creative assets for email, CRM, Meta paid social, and DTC Shopify websites.
- Edit short-form video from supplied footage, including trimming, sequencing, captioning, pacing, and light colour correction so the content is ready to publish across social and paid media.
- Work on static and motion design deliverables for several brands at the same time.
- Tailor concepts for different placements, formats, and brand guidelines while keeping the work consistent and high quality.
- Produce strong first-round concepts quickly and refine them efficiently through feedback cycles.
- Organise and manage your own workload across multiple live briefs without needing close supervision.
- Keep the lead strategist informed by raising blockers early and helping maintain production momentum.
- Support a test-and-learn process by applying performance insights to future creative output.
Essential requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a designer in a social, content, or performance marketing agency.
- A portfolio showing work for beauty, lifestyle, wellness, or drinks brands, ideally with examples created to drive results as well as look strong.
- Strong visual judgement and awareness of current trends, with the ability to stay relevant on the platforms used by clients while protecting brand identity.
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Solid video editing ability, with experience turning existing footage into polished, publish-ready social and paid content.
- An understanding of the creative levers behind performance in Meta and email, including scroll-stopping design, open rates, and click behaviour.
- A self-directed working style with the ability to interpret briefs, prioritise tasks, and deliver reliably without repeated follow-up.
- Clear, proactive communication skills suited to a small and fast-paced team.
Nice-to-have experience
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Experience creating content for TikTok.
- Broader ecommerce and basic UI design ability beyond standard Shopify templates.
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up or support creative production.
- Exposure to CRM and email campaign planning, not just asset production.
- Experience handling multiple brand accounts at once in an agency setting.
Working arrangement and contract details
This is a part-time role on either a PAYE or contractor basis, with both options open. The role is set at 13 days per month. Work is hybrid, with one day each week in the EC1 office and the rest remote.
Salary is stated as £38,000 to £44,000 pro rata, depending on experience. The role can start immediately.
Application notes
Applicants need to explain why the position is a good fit for them and include a portfolio. Applications submitted without a portfolio will not be considered further.
