About the Role
As a Designer III in the creative design team, you will play a key part in shaping simple, engaging, and easy-to-use shopping journeys for a growing audience of internet users. Your work will help strengthen customer experience across major business areas such as Mobiles, Fashion, Electronics, Grocery, Plus, Travel, and Videos, while also supporting large-scale campaign moments like BBD and Big Shopping Days from concept to execution.
You will partner closely with designers, copywriters, and business stakeholders to understand project goals and performance metrics behind each creative asset. The role includes contributing to seasonal stores, category landing page experiences, homepage refreshes, and the broader effort to create a unified platform experience and stronger design systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for customer needs and ensure the user experience remains central in design discussions.
- Use Gen AI tools effectively to improve visual direction and support end-to-end campaign execution.
- Apply motion design techniques and tools such as LottieFiles and Rive to create polished, high-quality visual experiences.
- Choose the right UX approaches and tools based on project goals and constraints.
- Create and refine high-fidelity prototypes to solve complex user problems.
- Help build, maintain, and improve a consistent design system across the platform.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of professional design experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work in Gen AI tools, illustration, visualization, and typography.
- Working knowledge of design thinking and wireframing methods.
- Strong storytelling ability, along with experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
- Experience designing and improving web graphics.
- Practical use of AI in design workflows.
- Self-driven approach with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Empathy for users and a clear user-first mindset.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, collaborative attitude that supports a healthy team environment.
- Interest in learning continuously and staying updated on retail and e-commerce trends.
