Neo Mobility is currently operating in the UAE and is preparing to expand into Saudi Arabia.

Role Summary

This full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi is focused on timely and safe deliveries across assigned routes. The driver will collect and drop off orders for customers and business partners, handle loading and unloading, confirm delivery details, use navigation or route-planning tools, and follow all road safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely while completing pickups and deliveries within the assigned area.
• Load and unload items carefully and ensure orders are handled correctly.
• Check delivery details, supporting paperwork, and order information before handover.
• Use route optimisation tools or mobile apps to plan efficient travel paths.
• Follow traffic laws, company procedures, and all safety standards at all times.
• Offer polite and professional customer service at delivery points.
• Handle minor delivery-related issues and update the operations team on delays, incidents, or concerns.
• Keep the vehicle clean and raise maintenance or repair needs when required.
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse teams, and fellow drivers to keep deliveries smooth and efficient.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong client-facing communication skills with a respectful and professional approach.
• Previous exposure to warehouse work or equipment handling is useful; forklift experience is an advantage, though not essential.
• Ability to guide or support others, with training or coaching experience considered a plus.
• Comfortable building positive relationships with business partners; sales or cross-selling exposure is beneficial.
• Experience in food and beverage logistics, or with food delivery aggregators, is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence, a clean driving record, and solid familiarity with Abu Dhabi roads and traffic rules.
• Physical ability to lift and carry parcels safely while following standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Basic comfort using smartphones or delivery apps for navigation, route updates, and proof of delivery.
• Dependable, punctual, and aligned with safety and sustainability practices.
