Ocado Logistics is seeking a customer-facing delivery driver in Tamworth, England, United Kingdom. The role is focused on bringing groceries and other quality goods to customers on time while contributing to a positive service experience.
This position is part of a team that uses automated systems to plan routes in advance and load vans before departures. You will be working outdoors in all weather conditions and will support deliveries throughout the week, including evenings and weekends as well as weekdays.

Pay and working pattern
The role offers a base hourly rate with additional premiums for evening, Sunday, and overtime work, which can increase average hourly earnings to £13.75 per hour. Breaks are paid, so all time at work is compensated.
Employment is permanent, with a contracted 40 hours per week including paid breaks. The schedule is any 5 days out of 7, usually in 8-hour shifts. Shifts can begin as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 midnight. Shift rotas are issued up to 13 weeks in advance.
Pay is processed on a lunar cycle, meaning payment is made every 4 weeks on a monthly schedule.
Hourly pay details
- Monday to Saturday basic rate: £13.22 per hour
- Evening premium from 6 pm: £1.12 per hour
- Sunday day premium: £1.32 per hour
- Sunday evening premium: £2.55 per hour
- Overtime Monday to Saturday day shift: £16.53 per hour
- Overtime Monday to Saturday evening shift: £17.65 per hour
