Accelero is hiring an experienced Delivery Consultant to focus on STEM recruitment across engineering and technology roles in the UK. This position is centered entirely on delivery, so there is no business development requirement. The ideal person will enjoy identifying strong talent, developing candidate pipelines, and successfully placing candidates.

What the role involves

• Owning the full candidate delivery cycle for active engineering and technology vacancies.
• Finding both passive and active candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, direct sourcing, and referrals.
• Carrying out detailed screening conversations and preparing candidates for interviews.
• Managing candidates from first screening through to offer stage and acceptance.
• Creating and sustaining a strong pipeline of STEM candidates across specialist markets.
• Working closely with consultants and account managers to fill client requirements efficiently and to a strong standard.
• Staying informed on market movement, including who is hiring, who is changing roles, and where talent is available.

What the employer is looking for

• Prior experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing, or a 360 recruitment position.
• Background in a STEM sector such as engineering, technology, manufacturing, science, or a related area.
• Strong sourcing capability across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
• Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to build candidate trust quickly and represent clients professionally.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to handle several roles and pipelines at the same time.
• Self-driven, target-focused, and proven ability to meet delivery KPIs.
