Overview
UPS, a Fortune Global 500 organization, is hiring for a permanent part-time imaging and data entry support role in Singapore. The position focuses on preparing import/export documentation so customs processing can move ahead without delay, while keeping records accurate, complete, and ready for system scanning.

Role summary
This position is responsible for scanning customer-provided export documentation into the IDIS system and supporting timely customs clearance. The role also includes ensuring that all required documents are properly captured and stored in the system for efficient processing.
Key duties
- Enter shipment details accurately into the system.
- Upload shipment-related data and records into the mainframe.
- Review paperwork, print barcodes, and scan documents into IDIS.
- Maintain speed and accuracy in all data entry work.
- Handle administrative tasks and keep paperwork organized.
- Check and verify discrepancy reports.
- Contact customers by phone or email to request missing documents.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: GCE O Level or N Level certificate.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Must be a collaborative team member and also able to work on own initiative with limited supervision.
- Should be computer literate and capable of typing around 40 words per minute.
- Must be open to evening shifts from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at UPS House, or 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Hub.
- Must be willing to work one Saturday each month from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at UPS House.
- Must be prepared for overtime and public holiday work when needed; if public holiday pickups occur, staff will rotate coverage during the year.
- Work will rotate between 22 Changi South and Airport Cargo Road.
