About the Role

This is an entry-level opening for a motivated, detail-focused Data & Business Insights Analyst. It is suited to recent graduates, final-year students, and people starting out in data analytics or business intelligence. The role centers on gathering, examining, and interpreting business information to guide decisions, strengthen efficiency, and uncover areas for growth. Prior professional experience is not necessary, and the company will provide structured training plus guidance from experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, structure, and keep business and operational data updated from different sources.
• Help build reports, dashboards, and visual summaries for management use.
• Study trends, patterns, and key performance indicators to identify business insights.
• Use data findings to support informed decision-making across the business.
• Carry out data checks, cleaning, and validation to maintain accuracy.
• Draft recurring business intelligence and performance reports.
• Work with teams across functions to understand reporting and analysis needs.
• Research markets, competitors, and industry trends when required.
• Record analysis outcomes and practical recommendations clearly.
• Look for ways to improve processes and boost operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related subject.
• Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving approach.
• Basic awareness of core data analysis concepts.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Careful attention to detail and good organizational habits.
• Interest in learning new tools, technologies, and business workflows.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools is preferred.
• Basic exposure to visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is an advantage.
• Understanding of databases and SQL basics is desirable.
• Any experience through coursework, internships, academic assignments, or self-study in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools will be considered an added advantage.
