Role Overview
An international BPO is urgently looking for Customer Support Executives for its Mohali location. The position covers both voice-based and non-voice support work.
Key Work Areas
- Handle customer interactions in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with service-related questions and issue resolution.
- Support inbound and/or non-voice customer communication as required.
- Provide help through query resolution and basic troubleshooting.
Candidate Profile
The employer is looking for candidates who have at least completed 12th standard, with strong communication skills and a basic understanding of computers. Any graduate may also apply.
Salary and Training
The compensation mentioned is INR 2,00,000 to INR 4,00,000 per year. Full salary is payable during the training period as well.
