About the Role

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customers across the relevant communication channels and deliver a consistently strong support experience.

  • Work toward first-contact resolution and coordinate follow-ups with service partners and internal teams until cases are fully closed in line with service standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • A diploma, advanced/higher diploma, bachelor’s degree, postgraduate diploma, professional degree, or master’s degree in any discipline is acceptable.
  • About 2 years of experience in a related role is preferred, though fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong time management ability and a drive to consistently exceed expectations.
  • The capability to juggle multiple tasks and use customer information to personalize responses and actions.
  • Clear communication skills, strong listening ability, empathy, and professional phone etiquette, including pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation.
  • Comfort using computers, multiple systems, and quickly adapting to new tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, along with proficiency in the language used for the supported market.
