About the role
This position is for a genuinely experienced crypto trader who has spent years in the market, navigated different conditions, and developed practical instincts through active participation. The emphasis is on proven trading ability rather than presentation or hype. Candidates who can demonstrate consistent market experience and sound judgment will be prioritized.
What you will do
- Execute crypto trades using your own methodology and approach.
- Share market insights and trading ideas with the team.
- Evaluate new opportunities as they arise.
- Keep up with market movements and conditions on a daily basis.
- Collaborate closely with a small, fast-moving team.
What we are looking for
- Several years of active crypto trading experience using meaningful personal capital.
- Experience that spans more than one market cycle.
- Strong understanding of spot and perpetual markets.
- Ability to clearly explain trade rationale, including losing trades.
- Good English communication skills and comfort working remotely.
- This is not a development position and it is not suitable for candidates with only theoretical knowledge or no real trading track record.

- Base pay of USD 95,000 to USD 155,000 per year.
