Role overview
AeroTransCargo (ATC) is seeking a Crew Scheduler to support flight operations by organizing pilot rosters, maintaining compliance with aviation rules, and keeping crew planning efficient and reliable.
Key focus areas
- Prepare and maintain pilot schedules and rosters.
- Help ensure all crew planning activities meet regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to keep flight operations running smoothly.
What the role calls for
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in cockpit crew scheduling.
- Strong planning and coordination abilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
Location and employment
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Sharjah, UAE.
