About the role
This position serves as the main coordination point for all marketing and advertising requests coming into the internal Creative Services function. It is responsible for steering projects, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and supporting the Advertising Production Manager in protecting the quality, consistency, and integrity of the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the intake and movement of advertising and design requests from both internal and external stakeholders to the Creative Services design team.
- Check that every material follows the company’s marketing rules and brand guidelines.
- Develop working knowledge of Adobe Content Supply Chain tools such as Workfront, Content Hub, and Adobe Experience Manager to help deliver content across the business.
- Make sure briefs for advertising and design work are complete, specific, and easy for designers to act on.
- Act as the primary marketing contact for material delivery and keep stakeholders updated on major milestones and deadlines.
- Own the workflow and process control for Creative Services, ensuring each step is followed accurately and consistently.
- Oversee the production of advertising material across digital, outdoor, print, brochure, and point-of-sale channels.
- Apply technical knowledge to improve the quality of marketing communication output.
- Protect brand standards by ensuring all work aligns with the company’s communication strategy and visual identity.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams to help achieve business goals.
- Handle projects with external agencies, including preparing briefs, giving concept feedback, managing production, and tracking delivery.
- Take responsibility for important marketing projects and ensure outputs are accurate, polished, and delivered on schedule.
- Work closely with in-house design and marketing teams to maintain creative consistency and high standards.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, along with at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Practical experience planning project timelines and implementing workflow or process controls.
- Background in managing teams within a creative setting.
- Strong project management capability with the ability to take work from concept through to completion.
- Good command of English.
- Professional marketing qualifications are preferred.
- Experience producing content for international brands is preferred, especially managing creative workflow in an agency or in-house design environment.
- Exposure to airline or travel-sector brands is preferred.
- Knowledge of design software and applications, print production, audio and video production methods, and website design/development is preferred.
