The Role

This is a hands-on production position for a designer with strong design fundamentals who wants to grow quickly within a small, ambitious creative team. You will help tem build a long-term brand system and contribute meaningful output every week, supporting senior designers by shipping reliable, high-quality work.

What You’ll Do

  • Create polished brand and campaign assets for web, lifecycle, social channels, presentations, and one-pagers.
  • Translate key visuals into formats ready for each channel and keep design files structured, tidy, and reusable.
  • Maintain and evolve templates and components so the design system becomes stronger and easier to use.
  • Incorporate AI into your production workflow to improve speed and output without lowering quality.
  • Deliver strong execution across marketing surfaces while reinforcing the design system.
  • Prepare files for handoff, manage versions carefully, and keep work accurate and consistent from start to finish.
  • Identify gaps in the system and suggest improvements instead of simply working around problems.
  • Build repeatable AI-based workflows such as prompt patterns, asset pipelines, and automations.
  • Work closely with Content, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to turn briefs into clean final assets.
  • Respond well to feedback, iterate quickly, and bring thoughtful options to reviews.

Requirements

  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong fundamentals such as typography, layout, hierarchy, and refined visual judgment.
  • Proven experience creating design work across several formats, whether digital, brand, or both, in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong confidence with Figma and comfort working collaboratively in shared files.
  • Practical use of AI within your own design and production workflow, beyond simple experimentation.
  • Excellent organisation and dependability, including proactive blocker management and self-directed tracking of work.
  • A flexible mindset, comfort with rapid change, and willingness to iterate constructively without ego.
  • Helpful extras include familiarity with responsive web design, experience maintaining a design system, and foundational motion or interaction design skills.
