Role Overview
This part-time courier position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is focused on ground operations. The role supports station and hub activities and helps keep operational workflows running safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Key Duties
- Carry out on-road ground operations as assigned.
- Handle dispatch tasks, including pick-up and delivery work.
- Manage parcel picking and packing activities.
- Support international and domestic pick-up services.
- Support international and domestic delivery services.
- Provide customer service support as part of daily operations.
- Complete operational work at station and hub locations, which may include ramp, sort, courier, and dispatch functions.
- Ensure all processes are performed safely and within required timelines.
Requirements
A valid UAE driving licence for manual transmission vehicles is mandatory for this role. The position is listed at Grade 4. Applicants should be able to work with accuracy, plan and organize tasks effectively, communicate well with others, solve problems, and contribute positively in a team environment.
