Role overview

The role blends narrative craft, cultural insight, and results-oriented marketing in a dynamic creative setting. You will turn concepts into engaging stories that work across digital, social, and brand touchpoints. Much of the work supports restaurant and retail campaigns, where timing, tone, and audience relevance matter. You will work alongside designers, strategists, and analysts to translate data and insights into strong creative directions. This is a distributed, video-first environment where ideas move quickly and are refined collaboratively. The position calls for copy that feels fresh, human, and culturally attuned while still adapting smoothly to different formats and channels.
Key responsibilities
- Create original copy and develop creative concepts that help bring brand ideas to life across several channels.
- Drive storytelling for social, digital, and brand-led content with a clear emphasis on audience connection.
- Prepare and tailor copy for campaigns such as video scripts, posters, digital advertisements, packaging, websites, and promotional assets.
- Work closely with designers, strategists, and data-focused teammates to turn insights into creative direction.
- Take part in ideation sessions and help shape campaign narratives from the earliest concept stage through delivery.
- Maintain a consistent voice, strong clarity, and cultural relevance across all outputs.
- Use modern creative tools, including AI-assisted writing tools, to broaden ideas while preserving a distinct human tone.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in copywriting or creative writing.
- A strong portfolio that shows campaign work, storytelling ability, and copy across multiple channels.
- Demonstrated skill in producing engaging content that aligns with brands across digital and social platforms.
- Comfort using AI tools to support ideation and productivity without sacrificing authenticity.
- Strong curiosity and cultural awareness, with the ability to generate ideas from varied inputs.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a distributed team setup.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional creative work.
- Strong writing ability with the flexibility to shift tone and style for different audiences and formats.
- Experience in fast-paced agency environments or performance marketing is considered an advantage.
Perks and benefits
- Fully remote work with the flexibility to operate from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
- A collaborative distributed team culture with regular creative exchange through video collaboration.
- The chance to contribute to campaigns across restaurant and retail sectors.
- Exposure to cross-functional teams spanning strategy, design, and data.
- Creative freedom in a fast-moving environment that values ideas and execution.
- An emphasis on output and creativity rather than rigid processes or heavy bureaucracy.
- Opportunity to create work for prominent consumer-facing brands.
