Role purpose

As a Copy Centre Specialist in the Rotorua store, you will be a key part of the area that handles customers’ printing and copying needs. The role is suited to someone who enjoys service work, stays positive under pressure, and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.

Working hours

• Sunday: 7:00am to 3:00pm
• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am to 4:00pm

What the role involves

You will support customers with a range of copy centre tasks, including photocopying, binding, editing PDF files, handling graphics, and producing different kinds of printed materials.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a friendly, can-do attitude. Previous retail experience would be useful, and being comfortable standing for long periods is an advantage. However, these are not essential. A great attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are the main qualities needed.
