Role Overview

This Kathmandu-based, on-site full-time position is responsible for managing contracts and related records in support of Sky Nexus’s IT and information security work. The role centers on preparing and reviewing agreements, coordinating discussions around contract terms, and making sure documents follow company policies and relevant regulations. It also includes tracking contract timelines and obligations, working with procurement, finance, legal, and technical teams on vendor and client agreements, assessing contractual risk, and producing summaries and reports for leadership.
