What you will do
- Plan and manage content for YouTube, TikTok, and Reels on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Maintain content quality and bring fresh ideas and initiatives that support the company’s growth goals while keeping the brand voice and style consistent.
- Create keyword-focused video titles to improve discoverability and write SEO-friendly descriptions.
- Research trends, track what is gaining traction, and understand how social platform algorithms work over time.
- Work with the team on marketing campaign development and management.
- Monitor channel performance, prepare reports, and assess results.
- Align content with brand campaigns to strengthen brand awareness as needed.
- Understand the basics of major social media channels, their content formats, and audience approaches, then regularly optimize programs for better results.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in journalism, foreign languages, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role and 6 months of experience building video production scripts.
- Proficiency with CapCut or similar video editing tools.
- Strong ability to build content plans and scripts across multiple channels such as print, television, talk shows, video, webinars, and events.
- Good understanding of business owner behavior and preferences.
- Planning, reporting, presentation, and content ideation skills.
- Ability to write content, develop scripts, support video execution, research, and extract audience insights.
- Responsible, proactive, independent, and creative work style.
Advantages
- Postgraduate qualifications in marketing, economics, or related certifications in marketing or design.
- Experience in business or marketing across multiple industries or functions.
- Background in building community pages or social media channels.
- Experience creating content for B2B or SaaS topics is a strong plus.
Compensation and benefits
Abaha offers a base salary plus performance-based bonuses. There is no ceiling on income; compensation depends on ability and contribution.
