Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Create UGC-style advertisements, short-form videos, talking-head clips, skits, reaction videos, explainers, and other social-first creative assets by filming yourself.
  • Translate scripts, hooks, rough concepts, and campaign briefs into content that feels organic, engaging, and native to the platform.
  • Develop content for education brands, online courses and programs, enrollment campaigns, founder-led messaging, student-perspective pieces, and digital advertising.
  • Improve or draft simple hooks, captions, scripts, subtitles, and content angles whenever needed.
  • Deliver raw footage or lightly edited videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and similar channels.
  • Rework strong concepts into several versions, hooks, formats, or creative angles for testing and optimization.
  • Keep up with short-form video trends, internet culture, creator-style formats, and platform-native storytelling.
