Role overview
This full-time retail leadership position is for a sales team lead at Best Buy Canada in Kitchener, Ontario. In this role, you will guide a team of sales advisors, help shape a strong customer experience, and support the day-to-day success of the store.
What you will do
- Lead, motivate, and coach your team so they can help customers choose the right products and services.
- Build a workplace where everyone feels included, supported, and able to learn while keeping the atmosphere positive.
- Monitor key store performance measures, including revenue, merchandising standards, inventory condition, and health and safety.
- Help protect and manage store profitability by keeping a healthy balance between expenses and revenue.
