About the Internship
This internship at Renan Partners involves working closely with the team to manage and enhance the online community engagement. The role focuses on overseeing a labeling workforce, including community growth, onboarding, quality control, and fostering a motivated and engaged ecosystem of labellers. Interns will collaborate to ensure smooth coordination and maintain high-quality results from labelling activities. This position provides practical experience in operations and community management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage and monitor online community members across various platforms.
- Use MS Excel for data analysis to derive insights that support community development.
- Support the creation and execution of strategies for community engagement.
- Work with team members to enhance operational efficiency and processes.
- Address community feedback and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Create engaging social media content to stimulate community involvement.
- Help coordinate and conduct virtual events and webinars to educate community members on platform usage.
