Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Commi 1 focusing on the hot section of the kitchen. A keen eye for detail and strict adherence to health and safety guidelines are essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in food preparation and cooking, with the ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently.
- Solid understanding of hygiene and health & safety protocols, ensuring all food handling and kitchen practices comply with regulations.
- Strong culinary abilities, including familiarity with diverse cooking methods and ingredients.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for seamless collaboration.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Culinary certifications or formal training are considered beneficial.
