Role overview
Nabati is hiring an experienced National Sales Manager / Commercial Lead to accelerate commercial growth across the GCC and Levant, covering the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Iraq, and surrounding Levant markets. The position focuses on shaping commercial direction, strengthening distributor relationships, and delivering steady sales expansion across the assigned territories.
Key responsibilities
- Create and roll out commercial plans that support sales growth, market share gains, and profitability objectives in the assigned markets.
- Manage distributor partnerships to ensure effective implementation of sales and distribution plans.
- Spot and pursue new business opportunities to widen market reach and improve channel coverage.
- Own annual planning activities, including sales forecasts, pricing decisions, and promotional planning.
- Track market movements, competitor activity, and customer feedback to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning teams to keep business goals aligned and on track.
- Monitor commercial results regularly and take corrective action where needed to meet agreed KPIs.
- Handle commercial negotiations and contribute to key customer development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or another relevant field.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a strong background in regional commercial management.
- Proven success in managing distributors across GCC and/or Levant markets.
- Solid knowledge of modern trade, traditional trade, and route-to-market approaches.
- Ability to design and execute growth strategies across multiple countries.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic would be an advantage.
- Must be willing to be based in the United Arab Emirates.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role is focused on commercial leadership across multiple countries and requires regular coordination with internal teams and external distributors.
