Role Overview
Protect Middle East LLC is hiring a Collection Officer to manage client receivables and support the timely recovery of outstanding payments in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers regarding overdue invoices and pending balances.
- Visit clients in person to collect payments when needed.
- Keep precise documentation of collection activity and all follow-up efforts.
- Work closely with the finance team to track receivables and align on collection status.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak both Arabic and English fluently.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license, as client visits are part of the role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- A background in accounting would be an added advantage.
- Understanding of UAE collection procedures is beneficial.
