Key duties

• Enter and maintain clinical as well as operational information accurately in internal databases and systems.
• Check records for completeness, correctness, and consistency, and help resolve any mismatches or gaps.
• Support the sorting, upkeep, and conversion of research files and documents into digital format.
• Assist with validation activities and quality checks while following study and research requirements.
• Create simple reports or summaries to help the team review information and make decisions.
• Handle patient, clinical, and company information with strict confidentiality.
• Work with clinical, administrative, and other cross-functional teams to keep data reliable.
• Take on additional tasks as needed.

Candidate profile

Ideal applicants are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Life Sciences, Health Administration, Business, or a related discipline. The role suits someone who is organized, careful with details, and comfortable working with sensitive information in a structured environment.
